The following prerequisites are required to be admitted to the Land Track of the Nordic Master in Cold Climate Engineering.
Students with a Bachelor's degree corresponding to a minimum of 180 ECTS credits in the following fields can apply:
- Civil and Environmental Engineering
Students should be able to fulfil the requirements described in the prerequisites for the Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
Applicants must document that they have fulfilled the following minimum requirements:
- A BSc with at least 30 ECTS in Mathematics, of which at least 5 should be in Statistics, 20 ECTS in Physics
- Basics in Engineering Geology, Geotechnics and Soil Mechanics
Knowledge within material science is recommended.
From September 2017, the Bachelor's degree must be less than 10 years old.
